Making a complaint

We respect your rights to be able to complain if you feel you have been treated unsatisfactorily.

To do this, you can:

Print off a "Patient Complaint Form" on our Website under Resources and email or post to us; or
Contact Chloe, our Practice Manager, on 4771 6666 or manager@bgmc.com.au.

We will respond to your complaint within 7 days.

If you have a professional complaint, you can contact the Health Ombudsman on 133 646 or email to complaints@oho.qld.gov.au.
